维生素A、E对凡纳滨对虾受精率、孵化率及幼体存活率的影响 被引量:5

Effect of dietary vitamin A and vitamin E supplementation in broodstock feed on fertilizing rate,hatching rate,and larval survival rate in Litopenaeus vannamei

摘要 通过对凡纳滨对虾Litopenaeus vannamei雌虾投喂添加或不添加维生素A(V_A)、维生素E (V_E)的4组实验饲料,并以饲喂活饵组为对照组.研究了维生素A、E对凡纳滨对虾受精率、孵化率和幼体存活率的影响。结果表明,第1(饲料中添加0.002%V_E)、2(饲料中添加0.002%V_E,0.004%V_A)、3组(饲料中添加0.004%V_A)凡纳滨对虾的受精率、孵化率、幼体存活率及仔虾应激实验(仔虾入淡水30min,再入海水30min)后的存活率均显著高于第4组(饲料中未添加V_A、V_E),而且第2组凡纳滨对虾的受精率、孵化率及幼体存活率(Z_1-M_2)与第1、3组相比有增高的趋势。 Broodstock of Litopenaeus vannamei were cultured for one month on fresh Artemia and a formulated diet with or without vitamin E or A supplement, and the effect of different diets on their reproductive performance in terms of egg fertilizing rate, hatching rate, and survial rate of the larvae were determined. The results showed that the fertilizing rate of the eggs, hatching rate of the fertilized eggs, survival rate of the larvae and that of the postlarvae after a stress test of treatment 1 (with 0. 022% vitamin E supplement in the diet), treatment 2 (with 0. 022% vitamin E and 0. 004% vitamin A supplement in the diet), and treatment 3 (with 0. 004% vitamin A supplement in the diet) were significantly higher than those of treatment 4 (without vitamin A or vitamin E supplement in the diet) (P〈0.05). An increasing trend was observed in treatment 2 in the fertilizing rate, hatching rate, survival rate of larva (Z1-M2)and survival rate of the post larva after stress.
