摘要
数字图书馆信息资源建设是数字图书馆建设的核心环节,这一过程涉及到诸多知识产权问题,如馆藏文献数字化处理、利用虚拟资源扩充馆藏中时的内链、外链及下载、暂时复制问题等.数字图书馆资源建设应以立法、技术、观念层面等方面考虑,以求达到公众利益与版权所有者间的利益平衡.
Information resources construction is the key link of the construction of a digital library. This paper analyzes the copyright problem in the information resources construction of a digital library, pointing out that when some measures arc taken, the following aspects of law, technology and concepts and so on should be taken into consideration so as to acquire the balance between public interests and the man who owns the copyright.
