摘要
采用化学还原法制备的镍/铁双金属对多氯联苯(PCB)进行降解。实验以镍/铁双金属对PCB的降解率为考察指标,选用L25(56)正交试验方案,考察了降解介质的初始pH值、铁的加入量、镍化率(Ni/Fe质量比)、降解温度和反应时间5个影响因素。结果表明:介质的初始pH值对降解率有极显著影响,其他4个因素的影响不明显。得出的镍/铁双金属对PCB降解的最佳工艺条件为:介质初始pH 2.0、铁加入量0.4 g、反应体系温度60℃、降解时间60 min和镍化率15%,在此条件下获得了79.6%的降解率。
The degradation of Polychlorinated Biphenyls by Ni/Fe bimetallic particles was studied. Taking the degradation efficiency as the observing index and selecting L25 (5^6) orthogonal experiment design, five influencing factors, such as initial pH of meditLrn, the mass of Fe particles, the percentage of Ni on the iron, degradation temperature and degradation time were observed in this experiment. The result shows that initial pH had a significant el'feet on the reaction and the de.gradation efficiency of 79.6 % is obtained at the optical condition, which is initial pH 2.0, Fe particles 0.4 g, 60 ℃, 15%Ni on the iron and 60 min.
