摘要
针对大型起重机起升机构的驱动电机在负载发生扰动时同步性能较差的问题,采用滑模变结构控制与偏差耦合控制算法相结合的方法,设计了起重机起升机构同步控制器。在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下建立仿真模型,仿真结果表明该系统具有较好的动态性能,并且有较强的鲁棒性和抗干扰性。
As to the problem of the synchronization performance of heavy crane lifter being at a low-level with disturbance of the drive motors' load,a synchronization controller based on relative coupling strategy and sliding mode control is proposed.The simulation results in Matlab/Simulink environment show that the relative coupling control system has a well dynamic performance, a good stability behavior and so has a strong robustness.
