摘要
知识管理已经成为新经济形势下数字图书馆管理的新趋势,通过对知识管理、知识集成相关概念以及数字图书馆知识集成必要性的分析,给出了基于知识管理的数字图书馆知识集成的战略定位和实施策略。
The knowledge management becomes the new trend of the digital library management in the new e- conomic situation. Tiffs paper commenced from the analysis on the conception of the knowledge management, knowl- edge integration and the necessity of digital library knowledge integration, and gave the methods how to select the strategy of knowledge integration and put it into practice.
