摘要
本文从改变高校图书馆人员管理理念、健全激励和约束机制、加强培训教育等几个方面阐述了高校图书馆人力资源管理需要注意的几个问题,并提出了相关的建议。
In this thesis, several problems existing in human resource management of university library were discussed, from the aspects of changing management ideology, amplifying encouragement and restraining mechanism, and strengthening training. In addition, the relevant suggestions about it were also put forward.
