摘要
从紧货币政策的出台和实施使民间融资呈现出需求意愿上升、融资难度加大、融资成本提高、融资渠道变窄、实物交易日趋活跃、信用风险加大等新特点;同时,民间融资对当前经济金融的影响也日益加深。因此,要研究制定和出台政策措施,探索民间融资模式,建设和谐生态环境,完善配套措施,规范民间借贷行为,引导规范民间金融,促进其健康发展。
Public appearance and performing of tight monetary policy has made such new features for non - governmental financing as demand willingness raised, financing more difficult, financing cost higher, financing channels narrowed, barter being more active, credit risk bigger. At the same time, the impact of non - governmental financing on the current economy has been increasingly deepened. Therefore, it＇s necessary to research formulating and performing of monetary policy, probing into non - governmental financing pattern, constructing harmonized ecological environment, making matching measures perfect, normalizing non - governmental lending behavior so as to guide non - governmental financing for a healthy development of non - governmental financing.
