摘要
利率在货币政策的传导机制中处于重要地位,利率传导途径的有效性决定着货币政策实施的成功与否。运用IS-LM模型,分析影响均衡利率的相关因素,研究货币政策利率途径的传导效应,可以看出,利率传导作用高效发挥的基础是利率市场化。因此,应采取以下措施:准确控制真实货币存量,加速产业结构调整和就业、养老、医疗等福利与保障机制的建立,不断增强企业和居民的风险意识及对利率的敏感性,加快现代企业制度建设的步伐等,促进利率市场化改革。
Interest rate is at such an important status in the transition mechanism of monetary policy, and the effectiveness of interest rate transition means determines whether monetary policy is performed successfully or not. By using IS- LM model, analyzing the relevant factors influencing interest rates, a study is made on the interest rate transition effect of monetary policy. It can be seen that the base for efficient function of interest rate transition is market-oriented. Therefore, it＇s necessary to control correctly real money stock, to quicken industrial structure adjustment, establishing welfare and safeguarding mechanism for employment, pension, medical treatment, to enhance enterprises and residents the sense of risk and sensitivity of interest rate, quickening establishment of modern enterprise institution and accelerating market -oriented interest rate reform.
