综述了国外纳米技术在食品及食品加工领域的应用研究,重点介绍了纳米技术在包装与食品安全上的应用和纳米技术在食品加工中的应用,对纳米技术在未来食品工业上的发展进行了展望。
The application of nanotechnology on food and food processing fields abroad is introduced in this pa- per, the application on food packaging, food safety and processing is elaborated. The developing prospect of the technology in food industry is given.
