摘要
阐述了农村能源生态建设对加强农村节能减排的重大意义,提出了2008年及今后5a辽宁省主要发展目标和6项重点工程,并从技术研发、应用和管理3个层面论述了推进农村能源生态建设的主要措施。
The significance of rural eco-energy construetion on strengthening energy saving and pollution emission reducing in rural area was expounded. The development targets and six key engineering projects in Liaoning province in 2008 and in the following five years were put forward, meanwhile the main measures were given on promoting rural eco-energy construction from aspects of technology research, application and management.
