摘要 白细胞介素12(IL-12)是具有强大抗肿瘤作用的细胞因子之一,其重组蛋白可以明显延缓肿瘤的生长,但半衰期短和毒副作用大的缺点限制了其应用。以IL-12为基础的基因治疗,不仅可以延长IL-12蛋白在体内的表达时间,提高疗效,而且可以降低其毒副作用,在肝癌的治疗中发挥重要作用。
