摘要
在全面论述沈阳市循环经济发展构想的基础上,对近年来特别是"十一五"期间,沈阳市循环经济示范城市建设工作的进展情况进行了详尽的介绍,提出了加强循环经济法规体系研究、建设城市中水回用系统和再生水利用工程以及加强舆论宣传、倡导绿色消费的意见和建议,并从企业层面、园区层面、社会层面提出了沈阳市全面开展循环经济建设工作的战略思考。
Based on the complete discussion of the development imagination of recycle economy in Shenyang city, an elaborate introduction of the progress on construction of recycle economy of Shenyang as a pilot city was made. Some advices and suggestions are given, such as enforcing the research of code system of recycle economy, building urban reclaimed wastewater system and reuse project, strengthening public awareness and advocating ＂green consumption＂. Finally, the strategic considerations on the development of recycle economy in enterprises, industrial parks and society are presented.
