摘要
[目的]了解深圳市龙岗区30家医院(包括17家公立医疗机构和13家民营、私立医疗机构)的消毒状况,为提高消毒质量和加强监督提供依据。[方法]依据《消毒技术规范》(2002版),对室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、压力蒸汽灭菌器、灭菌医疗用品、紫外线灯进行采样检测、检验。[结果]3年共监测各类样本6810份,总合格率为97.84%,其中物体表面和空气合格率相对偏低。[结论]龙岗区30家医疗机构消毒合格率处于较高水平。但民营、私立医疗机构全部监测项目中没有一项达到100%。因此仍需加强医护人员消毒隔离知识培训和技术指导。
[Objective] To understand the results of disinfection in 30 medical institutions in Longgang District during 2004-2006 and offer scientific basis for guiding disinfection work and control hospital infection. [Methods] The results of disinfection on the usage of disinfectants, ultraviolet lamp, surface of object, air, sterilized items, etc. in two-level medical institutions in the period of 2004 and 2006 were monitored and analyzed basing on the standards and regulations issued by Ministry of Health. [Results] out of 6 810 samples, 6 663 were up to the standards and with a qualification rate of 97.84%. The lower qualification rates were surface of object and air. [Conclusion] The work of disinfection in medical institutions in Long. gang is at a high level. But the work of disinfection in private hospitals should be strengthened.
