摘要
[目的]探讨重庆市妇女的避孕方法现状及影响因素。[方法]基于"重庆市育龄妇女计划生育/生育健康服务调查"问卷调查数据。[结果]育龄妇女避孕措施的选择依次是宫内节育器59.8%,避孕套占25.2%,结扎术占6.1%;"自己选择"避孕方法的占49.2%,只有40.7%的妇女知道目前使用的避孕方法有副作用,有30.9%的妇女1年来从没有做过妇科检查。[结论]应进一步改善育龄妇女计划生育/生殖健康管理与服务,提高妇女的生育健康水平。
[ Objective] To explore the contraception methods of women at the bearing age and its influencing factors. [ Methods] Surveyed and investigated basing on the data from a questionnaire survey concerning family planning/reproductive health services for women at the beating age in Chongqing City. [ Results] The contraceptive methods used by women at the bearing age were IUD （59.8%）, condom （25.2%） and ligation （6.1%）, the contraceptive methods from self-decision was 49.2%, only 40.1% of the women at the bearing age knew side-effective of contraceptive methods.30.9% of them were not checked about reproductive system from 2005. [Conclusion] We need to give more improvement about service of family planning and reproductive health to improve reproductive health of women at the bearing age.
