摘要
本文介绍了可调Ｚ样条曲线（以下通称Ｚ样条曲线）的定义和特点，将Ｚ样条曲线应用于计算机辅助平面美术图案设计系统中，可以采用统一的数据结构对平面设计图案进行存储，便于计算机对图形进行几何编辑处理和形成图形数据文件，以实现平面美术图案设计的自动化。
? The definition about a kind of changeable spline cubic curve-Z spline is presented. It uses two adjacent vertices to control the end point tangent vector direction and two parameters to control the tangent vector length at each end point. It interpolates the given data points, represents circular arc, ellipse and free form curve in an unified way and each curve segment can be modified locally. When Z spline is used in the CA drawing system, the designed pattern can be edited freely and saved by a uniform data structure.
