摘要
目的观察心律失常患者QT离散度（QTd）变化及索他洛尔对其影响。方法40例30~68岁的室性心律失常患者接受索他洛尔治疗,剂量从80mg/d开始,观察2周,若疗效未达标准者,增加到120mg/d,以后根据病情变化逐渐减量。结果40例室性心律失常患者应用索他洛尔治疗有效,并发现该药在应用后延长Q-Tc（QT间期）同时,减小QT离散度,未见严重毒副作用。结论索他洛尔治疗室性心律失常,安全有效,能影响患者QT离散度,减少室性心律失常的复发及室颤发生。
Objective To abserve the diversify of arhythmia patients＇ QTd and the influence of sotalol. Methods There are 40 ventricular arrhythmia patients between 30-68 ages who accepted sotalol to cure their disease. Initially,80 mg po qd,and observe its curative effect,After 2 weeks,if there are not obvious curative effect,dosage maybe increased to 120 mg po qd. And then decrease the dosages according to the patient＇s condition. Results 40 ventricular arrhythmia patients have made therapeutic effect by using sotalol. And find that sotalol can not only extend QT, but also diminish QTd. Meanwhile we didn＇ t find serious side effect. Conclusion It is safety and utility that using sotalol to cure Ventricular arrhythmia. And sotalol can influence the patients＇ QTd and diminish the recurrence of ventricular arrhythmia and ventricular fibrillation.
