金融、能源和粮食三大危机在世界范围同时发生,经济下滑和通胀上升困扰世界大多数国家,全球经济遭遇了前所未有的冲击。其中,以国际油价飙升为标志的能源危机造成的危害最为严重。
Three big crises of finance, energy and food take place at the same time. The economic decrease and inflation increase has troubled most countries. The global economy has encountered unprecedented strike. The energy crisis with the sign of signif icant rise of international oil price is the most serious one. The current demand and supply of international oil market keeps balance. But the balance is weak. The supply of oil and potential producing ability can not catch up with the rapid increase of demand, which together with the decrease of output and the strong sense of crisis of oil drying up has enhanced the expectation of international oil price. At the end of last century, international oil market had been keeping the weak supply-demand balance and the expectation for high international oil price. The price has just risen slowly. But why it has increased for one time in recent one year?
