患真菌性皮肤病奶牛血液中白细胞及T淋巴细胞的检测与分析

摘要 试验对患皮肤真菌病的奶牛和健康对照牛静脉血中的T细胞数量进行了检测。试验采取牛尾静脉血,涂片、采用酯酶染色法观察并记录T淋巴细胞的数量。结果发现患病奶牛的T淋巴细胞在淋巴细胞中的百分比明显高于健康对照奶牛。结果表明在抗皮肤真菌病的免疫中T淋巴细胞起到重要的作用。
