基于造粒技术的制动衬片颗粒配比优化试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文研究了颗粒料与母体配方混合后,对衰退率和磨损率的影响规律,通过配比试样在JF1501型定速式摩擦试验机上进行的摩擦磨损试验表明,应用造粒技术对摩擦材料在工作过程中减少热衰退具有一定的作用,并通过正交试验分析了不同粒径、不同配比对试样的磨损率和衰退率影响效应。 In this test, mixing the granular particle into the composite mineral fibers, the influence of the fade rate and wear rate on friction material is investigated, and the friction and wear experiments of samples were performed on the JF 151 friction testing machine. The results show that granulating technology give an effect of reducing heat fade. Orthogonal test optimization was adopted in this test, which the influence of the fade rate and wear rate on friction material is given.
