摘要
介绍了一种通过改进电路结构来消除CMOS管内部的噪声,最终达到降低总输出噪声的技术。首先从理论上证明了这种技术的原理,然后把这种技术应用到具体的低噪声放大器电路中,通过PSPICE软件模拟仿真,比较和分析了采用这种技术前后LNA电路的总输出噪声、输出信噪比和电压增益。
A kind of technique canceling CMOS inside noise is introduced. Theoretically it is proofed that this kind of technique is reasonable, and it is put into a LNA circuit. From the simulation of this circuit by PSPICE, the total output noise voltage, output Signal Noise Ratio (SNR) and voltage gain are compared and analyzed.
