摘要
医院作为第三产业,正在融入现代化的管理经营之中,“以人为本,求真务实,实施人性化服务”是现代医院管理体系的一个重要组成部分,它已将人本管理理念和管理对策渗透到医院文化的全过程。其实质就是要在医院发展建设过程中以人为服务对象,以人为工作主体,解决人的需要,强化人的合作,塑造良好氛围,加快发展的重要性。本文就如何在医院管理中以人为本,实施人性化服务,从其基本出发点、涵盖内容、在医院管理中的应用三方面进行初步探索和思考。
Being as the tertiary industry, the hospital has been merging into the modern management. "Making people the center, begging true practicality, implement humanized service" is one of the most important component part of modern hospital management system. The humanorientated idea and policy have infiltrated through the hospital culture. The substances of hospital development are as the follows, serving people as target, serving people as working principal part, solving the demands of people, enhancing cooperation with people, creating good ethos and accelerating the development of hospital. It discusses the implement of humanized services from three fields of basic position, contained content and application in hospital management.
