摘要
自主研制应用于精整线上开卷机及卷取机的新型轴头支承,对支承的连杆机构及运动轨迹进行了分析,并与以往的结构进行比较,阐述了新轴头支承的优点。该轴头支承得到了很好的推广,已被多家钢铁公司的冷轧重卷机组采用。
A new out-board-support is designed by ourselves,which is applied at decoiling machine and recoiling machine of automatic product line of steel roll. Its joint structure and movement travel are analyzed. The comparison about its structure with previous＇ out-board-support is made. At last, the merits of new type are discussed. This kind of out-board-support has been used successfully at recoiling line of several big Steel and Iron Company, such as Anshan Iron and Steel （Group） Co. , Tai Iron and Steel （Group） Co. , and it has bright application foreground.
