摘要
系统地介绍了钢卷步进梁设备特点和应用、工作原理以及结构设计选型和主要参数选择计算;同时对步进梁的电气控制和如何优化设计也进行了阐述。对轧钢和带钢处理线的机组设计中输入输出设备的方案选择以及步进梁设备的方案设计和基本设计都具有一定的指导和实用价值。
The equipment feature, working principle, structure design,main parameter selections and calculations for coil walking beam conveyors are systematically introduced in this article. Descriptions of electrical control and optimization measures for walking beams are given too. It could be a guideline and utility reference for planning input ＆ output equipment in strip rolling and process lines, as well as for planning ＆ basic engineering of coil walking beam conveyors.
