爱普列特与坦洛新联合在良性前列腺增生症的疗效观察

摘要 目的评价爱普列特与坦洛新联合用药治疗良性前列腺增生症的有效性及安全性。方法对入选的90例BPH患者进行随机双盲的对照试验，随机分两组，联合用药组：口服爱普列特每日2次，每次5mg，坦洛新每日一次，每次0.2mg。单用坦洛新组口服坦洛新每日一次，每次0.2mg。结果三个月后两组患者IPSS评分降低，Qmax增加，残余尿减少，生活质量明显提高。且联合用药组在各项指标均优于单用组。结论爱普列特与坦洛新联合用药治疗良性前列腺增生症安全有效，且较单用坦洛新有更明显的疗效。
