摘要
结合用户对于电工钢产品在边部厚度精度要求的日益增加,分析了UCMW冷连轧机K-WRS边缘降控制系统中原前馈控制模型存在的问题。通过对测量设备凸度仪的改造,并对边缘降前馈控制模型进行全新的开发和新模型的运用,使UCMW冷连轧机边缘降控制水平和控制能力获得大幅度的提升,并且使电工钢产品边缘降厚度控制的实物水平提高近5%。
In combination with the accuracy requirement for the edge thickness of electrical steel by users, the problems between the auto control system for the UCMW continuous cold rolling mill' s K-WRS edge-drop and the former feed forward control model were analyzed. Through transforming the profile meter, a kind of measuring equipment, developing a new feed forward control model for the edge-drop and using this model, the UCMW continuous cold rolling mill' s control ability over the edge-drop was improved greatly. The actual level of edge-drop thickness control of the electrical steel was lifted by approximately 5%.
