摘要
目的:通过成人埋伏阻生牙临床病例的分析,特别是2例典型病例的展示,阐明正畸与口腔的其它学科之间有着密不可分的关系。方法:矫治埋伏阻生牙成人患者34例,应用正畸、颌外及修复的方法进行综合治疗。没有利用价值的埋伏阻生牙予以拔除。结果:通过全面分析及综合治疗,为患者下一步的固定义齿的修复创造必要的条件,使埋伏阻生牙尽可能得到利用。结论:对于口内存在缺失牙或埋伏阻生牙已经引起邻牙牙根吸收以及重症牙周病的患者来说,发育较好的埋伏阻生牙是有很大利用价值的,可为下一步的义齿修复创造条件。没有利用价值的埋伏阻生牙应拔除,即使拔除困难的埋伏阻生牙也应定期随访观察,以免引起严重后果。
Objective The aim of this study was to elucidate the impartible relationship of orthodontics and other buccal course of study through the combined therapy of underuption in adult. Methods The therapeutic alliance was used on 34 adult subjects with underuption. The underuptions which no utilization value ought to extract. Results Through multianalysis and combined therapy, the underuption were utilized and we can create requirement for the reparation of fixed denture. Conclusion The underuptions have tremendous value for the patients whose exist missing tooth or caused absorption of root in adjacent teeth and paradontopathy. The underuptions which no utilization value ought to extract, and we must to regular follow-up underuptions which they are very difficult to extract.
