摘要
目的:探讨口内切口生物可吸收接骨材料在下颌骨骨折矫治中的应用价值,使其更好地应用于临床。方法:2004年1月~2007年11月间,对15例下颌骨颏部、颏孔和角部骨折患者均采用口内切口入路,在骨折线两端,电钻打孔,丝锥攻丝,生物可吸收微型接骨板和骨螺钉进行复位和内固定。结果:所有患者切口均愈合良好,无术后感染,无术后切开引流,无需二次手术取出内固定生物可吸收骨连接材料。术后3~15月随访,骨折线消失,颞颌关节活动自如,咬合关系正常。结论:口内切口不增加新的瘢痕,生物可吸收接骨材料治疗下颌骨骨折,具有较好的固定强度,术后无需取出,避免二次手术,减少患者痛苦,是一种较好的下颌骨骨折固定材料。
Objective To investigate the application value of by an intraoral approach, and make it better for clinics bio-absorbable plates and screws for mandibular fracture Methods From Jan 2004 to Nov 2007, 15 patients with mandibular chin, foeamina mentale and mandibular angle fracture,were treated with bio-absorbable plates and screws by an intraoral incision. Results All of the wounds were well healed without infection, without incision and drainage, and without removal of the bio-absorbable plates and screws at second operation. After 3M to 15M follow up, fracture line disappeared, temporomandibular joint worked well, and occlusion relation remained normal. Conclusion No newly scars were found by intraoral incision. Bio-absorbable plates and screws were a satisfactory material for mandibular fracture for its good fixation strength, no-need second operation and least suffering.
