摘要
网络控制系统的延迟具有随机性,而且在很大程度上与控制网络所采用的MAC层通讯协议相关,传统的建模方法难以真实反映网络控制系统的延迟特性。建立了基于OPC技术的网络控制系统,系统可以通过现场总线或者工业以太网连接,网络延迟取自实际网络,能够如实反映控制回路中的通讯延迟特性,并在系统上实现了模糊PID算法,将智能控制算法应用于NCS。智能控制算法与网络控制系统分别有着各自的优势,将两者结合起来,是控制研究的一个重要方向,有着重要的应用价值。
The delays in networked control systems (NCS) are stochastic influenced significantly by the MAC protocol adopt- ed by the control network. The traditional mathematical time-delay model cannot reflect the delay characteristics of practical NCS accurately. This paper built the networked control systems based on OPC, whose connections were finished by field bus. The sys- tom's delay time comes from real network, which can reflect the characters of the control loop's communication faithfully. The sys- tem realized the fuzzy-PID algorithm and applied intelligent control into the NCS. Intelligent control algorithm and the NCS have their vantages respectively. They were combined together. It is an important developmental direction in control research and will be of great value to applications.
