摘要
从临床应用的角度出发,设计了一种多功能医用验光试镜装置,介绍了其功能和应用,并通过将试镜架从结构和外观上与传统试镜架进行对比,分析得出该试镜装置相对于传统的器械在验光检测与机械调节方面所具有的优势。该验光试镜装置能方便而准确地获取各种测量参数,佩戴舒适,不但契合人体的生理特点,体积小,质量轻,而且验光功能全面,检测过程方便,快捷,能较好地满足临床验光检查的需要。因此这种多功能医用验光试镜装置在不具备利用仪器设备进行验光测试的中小医院、野战医院或小规模的眼镜店中具有广阔的应用前景。
The function and application of a novel trial frame was presented for the optometric practice in clinic. The multifunctional trial frame was compared with traditional ones on the structure and appearance. The comparison shows the advantages of the trial frame in function and layout, and the optometric practice and adjustments were analyzed. The multifunctional trial frame has comfortable wear, small volume, light quality, and can obtain various parameters easily and accurately. It is more convenient and simple and accorded with body's physiological characteristics, and best meets requirements in clinical optometry. Accordingly, the trial frame has promising application in medium and small-sized hospital, field hospitals and small glasses store, which lacks of optometric devices.
