摘要
目的:观察并比较直接检眼镜、间接检眼镜及显微镜下视网膜脱离复位手术的临床疗效。方法:对141例孔源性视网膜脱离患者分别在A直接检眼镜、B间接检眼镜、C眼科手术显微镜下进行巩膜外垫压视网膜复位术。比较术后视力、视网膜复位率及术后并发症等。结果:视网膜复位方面三种方法没有明显差别(P>0.05),但在复发率及手术并发症方面B组明显低于A、C组(P<0.05)。结论:视网膜复位手术中采用三种手术方法均可,但以间接检眼镜组最佳。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect ofretinal detachment（RD） surgery with three differenttheraphy. Methods： During the RD surgery 141eyes were operated with A direct ophthalmoscope, B indirect ophthalmoscope and C microscope ophthalmoscope different methods. The visual acuity and the retinal attachment and the complications were observed. Results： There were no clear difference in the three methods in the retinal attachment （P 〉 0.05） but the differenc of the complications in B group is lower than in group A and C （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Although we can operated on the RD patients with the three different methods it is best with the method of indirect ophthalmoscope.
