摘要
目的：评价氟保护漆与光固化窝沟封闭剂预防年轻第一恒磨牙窝沟龋的临床效果。方法：将360名6-8岁儿童随机分为A、B两组,A组儿童一侧上下颌第一恒磨牙应用氟保护漆,B组儿童一侧第一恒磨牙应用光固化窝沟封闭剂,均设自身对侧同名牙为对照组。随访3年。结果：A、B实验组龋病发生率均低于对照组,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而A、B组龋病发生率无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：氟保护漆与光固化窝沟封闭剂均有良好的防龋效果。
Objective ： To evaluate the clinical effect of luor protector and light cured pit and fissure sealant for preventing molar occlusal pit and fissure cares. Methods ： 360 children aged 6 - 8 years were divided into two groups. Children in the experimental group A underwent fluor protector,experimental group B used light cured pit and fissure sealant, contralateral healthy teeth in the identical patients were used as self controls respectively. The patients were folowed up for 3 years, Resuits： The incidence of caries in A and B experimental groups were lower than in the control group,the diference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ） , but there were no significant difference between group A and group B （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Fluor protector and light cured pit and fissure sealant also have good clinical effect in preventing caries.
