N-乙酰半胱氨酸对烟雾暴露所致大鼠慢性阻塞性肺疾病模型的影响 被引量:1

摘要 血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)对于维持正常肺泡结构、抗损伤及组织修复、抗内皮细胞凋亡具有重要作用,关于抗氧化剂对COPD肺组织VEGF分泌及间隔细胞凋亡影响的研究鲜有报道。我们采用熏香烟法建立大鼠COPD模型,通过N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)干预,观察其对大鼠肺功能、肺气肿程度和肺泡间隔细胞凋亡及VEGF分泌的影响,了解COPD发病机制中氧化和抗氧化失衡与凋亡之间的关系。
