摘要
用加权残值法中的矩量法解简支方板塑性动力响应，分析弹性基础对方板塑性动力响应的影响，解出了弹性基础上方板残余挠度和终止运动时间。
The article has applied the moments method of the weighted residuals to analyze the simple square plate dynamic plastic response,the influence of elastic foundation on it and then derives its residual deflection and the terminal time.
