摘要
目的通过护理人员在患者留院观察期间对家属的正确指导,提高家属家庭护理留置尿管的技能,降低患者的并发症。方法护理人员在患者留院观察期间对87例患者家属进行有关留置尿管护理方法的宣教和专业指导。结果患者家属进行留置尿管护理的正确实施率达到95.40%。结论通过护理人员对家属的有效指导,提高了家属在家庭中护理患者的操作技能,减少了并发症,使患者在家中得到较好的护理。
Objectives By providing health education for the relatives of patients with indwelling catheter to improve the relatives＇ skills of catheter care and reduce patients＇ complications. Method Eighty seven relatives of patients with indwelling catheter received health education and professional instruction on catheter care. Result The correct rate of catheter care by patients＇ relatives achieved to 95.40%. Conclusion Health education for patients＇ relatives can improve their family care skills and reduce complications.
