摘要
目的树立护士形象,规范文明服务,营造和谐护患关系,为病人提供一流护理服务。方法建立护理规范服务培训示范基地,对240名新护士进行医院规范的"护士形象十条标准"、"护理规范服务用语"、"人性化护理服务标准"进行培训;制定服务培训计划和方案;采取分批实践,逐一考核的系列培训措施。结果培训前后规范服务考试成绩由60.83%提高到99.17%(P<0.01);出院病人满意度较堵训基地建立前明显提高。结论在医院建立护理服务培训基地,是推行人性化服务理念,树立良好护士形象,融洽护患关系,提高病人的满意度,减少护患冲突行之有效的新型护理管理模式。
Objective To consummate image of nurses,standardize civilized nursing service,create harmonious nurse-patient relationship and provide high-quality nursing services. Methods We established demonstrated training base for standardized nursing service, established and practiced training program in batches. 240 new nurses received training with the "ten standards of nurse image" ," normative service expression in nursing" and "standards of humanity nursing service". Results After the training,the qualified rate of examination in standardized nursing services was raised from 60.83% to 99.17% (P 〈0.01). The patients' satisfaction was also increased significantly. Conclusion The construction of demonstrated training bases for standardized nursing service in hospital is a novel effective management mode to practice humanity nursing service,set up good nurse image,harmonize nurse-patient relationship, raise patients satisfaction and reduce nursing disputes.
