摘要
目的对烧伤科新护士入科后的培训方法进行探讨。方法对烧伤科新护上进行入科后培训,包括实施人性化的入科教育,制订专科理论与操作的培训计划,改进授课形式,筛选授课老师,严格的专科操作示范,改进培训模式。结果提高了新护士的职业情感及专科理论与专科操作成绩。结论系统培训对新护士尽快胜任烧伤专科护理工作至关重要。
Objective To explore the methods of fresh nurse training in burn department. Methods The following measures were carried out in fresh nurse training, such as providing humanity post education, establishing theory and skills training plan, modifying teaching methods, selecting clinical teachers, providing standard skills demonstration, and innovating training mode. Result This practice improved fresh nurses' professional identification, as well as theory and skills performance. Conclusion The systemic post training is an key point to facilitate the fresh nurses to be a competent nurse in burn department.
