摘要
目的应用双评考核理论指导手术室临床专科操作教学与考核,达到临床专科操作规范化、标准化的目标。方法选择2006年3月至2007年8月在本科室接受临床专科带教、学习任务的师生,采用双评考核管理模式对手术室临床专科手术无菌单铺置的操作进行考评。结果有效解决了带教护士专科教学质量的考核问题,开创了师生同时、同地、同题考核的有效方法,完成了实际教学内容"教与学"的测评。结论打破了手术室传统的考核形式和管理理念,体现了公平性、公开性、公正性和创新性等特点,建立了临床专科教学与考核的新模式。
Objective To apply twin points one checking system in specialty skills teaching and examination in operating room,in order to standardize specialty skills. Method The twin points one checking system was applied in the skills examination of aseptic operation -table sheet preparation in operating room from Mar. 2006 to Aug. 2007. Result This practice effectively ensured the checking of clinical teaching in specialty nursing, developed an effective means of examination at the same time and same place with the same test. Conclusion A new teaching and examination system has been developed, which takes place of the traditional examination means and management ideas, and achieved equity, openness and innovation.
