摘要
目的探讨质量管理小组在成批大面积烧伤患者救治中发挥的作用。方法将医护人员分为院内及院外小组,实行小组负责制,参与现场指导救治、途中转运、院内抢救及护理的全过程。结果 14批烧伤患者共88例,除2例分别合并急性肾功能衰竭及重度吸入性损伤导致死亡外,其余86例均顺利度过休克期。结论采用小组式管理能有效提高成批大面积烧伤患者的救治成功率,减少死亡率。
Objective To explore the function of quality control group in the rescue of burn patients in batch. Method The medical staff were divided in-to in-hospital group and out-hospital group partieipating in the process of field first aid,transportation ,in -hospital rescue and nursing. Result In the 88 burn patients in 14 hatches,86 patients ,sere successfully rescued. Two patients died of acute renal failure and severe inhalation injury respectively. Conclusion The management mode of group responsibility can effectively increase the success rate of rescue and reduce mortality rate for severe burn patients in batch.
