摘要
目的了解护生在不同实习阶段的专业技能和专业态度。方法采用问卷调查法对695名实习护生进行实习早期、中期及后期的专业技能、专业态度的评估。结果专业技能中,操作技能在实习的3个阶段呈现逐步提高的趋势;而沟通能力、自主学习能力虽然在实习的中、后期有所提高,但总体提高不明显;科研能力在实习的3个时期评价都较低。护生的专业态度在实习中期评价最好,后期呈现下降趋势。结论在实习的不同时期护生的专业技能和专业态度不同,应根据护生各时期的特点进行针对性的管理,保证实习质量。
Objective To investigate the professional skills and attitude of nursing students in different stages of clinical practice. Method A questionnaire survey was conducted on 695 nursing students in different stages of clinical practice to investigate their professional skills and attitude. Results The nursing students' professional skills showed an improvement trend in different stages of clinical practice, while there were no significant improvement in communication skills and self-study ability. The scientific research ability was relatively low in the whole stages of clinical practice. The nursing students' professional attitude showed best in the middle stage of clinical practice,but decreased in the late stage of clinical practice. Conclusion The nursing students' professional skills and attitude are different in different stages of clinical practice. In order to ensure the quality of clinical practice, it is suggested to take corresponding management measures according to the features in different stages.
