摘要
作为具有相当信息资源的各地方图书馆,由于在传统图书馆管理方式的制约下,业务能力不能得以充分发挥,造成信息资源的极大浪费,我们既要正视这一现实,又要努力探索出拓展业务能力的方式方法,使各地公共图书馆在构建和谐社会的进程中,最大限度地发挥其能量,以巩固和发展这一重大文化阵地在全面建设小康社会中的地位和作用。
Limited and confined by conventional library management, a regional public library with bulk of information can not fully display its service capacity, which results in extravagant waste of resources. We must not only face the reality, but also make great effort to explore into the way of developing service capacity so that it can function to its most in constructing harmonious socity and consolidate and develop itself.
