摘要
胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告中论述了"依法治国"和"建设社会主义核心价值体系",这为高校处理法治与德治的关系提供了最新的指导原则。古代思想家论述过"以德治国"思想,而新时期则是要将相关法律法规和社会主义核心价值体系进行结合,坚持"以法治校"和"以德治校"。十七大报告为高校工作提供了理论依据和前进的方向。本文就高校管理实行法治与德治相结合的问题,提供了一些粗浅的思考。
In his report at the Seventeenth National Peoples＂ Congress of CCP, Hu Jintao discussed the questions of ＂ running the state by law＂ and ＂building up the system of socialist core values＂, wieh gives a new guide principle not only to the country but also to colleges in their work. Although ancient thinkers advocated the idea of ＂running the state through moral education, it is in new era not the one that combines law with morality （the system of the socialist core value）. The report offers theoretical basis and points out a direction for college work. This paper suggested that we should combine law with morality to manage colleges.＂
