摘要
本文从管制的公共利益理论入手，界定了道路货运管制的概念，并通过分析道路货运业管制的原因及现有问题，提出了相关的政策建议。
There＇re two types of rode-transportation, one is goods＇ rode- transportation, and the other is passengers＇. Begin with the analyzation of positional characteristics, this paper aims to study regulation problem in goods＇ rode- transportation. And the basis is theory of regulation for public - interest. And some pieces of subject are provided in the end.
