摘要
介绍了在具体功能上兼有定位和夹紧作用的活动V型块，全面地分析V型块的制造及安装误差，当大批量加工圆柱零件时，充分考虑采用V型块定位时产生定位误差的各种因素，得出设计基准为外圆中心情况下的定位误差计算公式。
Thls paper introduces a kind of movable V- block which can be used in locating and damping, analyses the manufacture erro and assemble error, fully considers the factors that bring positon error, and draws the cylinder part＇s position error calculate fomula in volume machining sacle under the situation of using the excircle center as the design datum.
