摘要
少数民族地区经济、文化滞后,最根本的原因是教育落后、人才缺乏。民族教育工作要以邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想和党的"十七大"精神为指导,以科学发展观为统领,全面贯彻党的教育方针和民族政策,全面推进素质教育,推进民族教育事业快速、健康、全面、协调、持续发展。
Backward education and shortage of talented personnel are the basic reasons to cause ethnic minority regions to lag behind in economy and culture. So, in the work of ethnic education, we should take Deng Xiaoping＇ s theory, the important thought of ＂Three Representatives＂ and the spirit of the 17th National Congress of CPC as guidance, take scientific conception of development as lead, implement party＇ s educational policy and ethnic policy, and carry out quality-oriented education to promote the rapid, healthy, coordinate and sustainable development of ethnic education in an all-round way.
