摘要
工业用地集约利用是当前我国土地利用研究的热点,常用的研究方法是通过构建指标体系进行评价分级,在此基础上提出集约用地途径,但由于存在地区和行业差异,此方法存在一定的局限性。通过将灰色系统理论测度集约度的方法引入到工业用地集约利用评价中,建立了基于灰色系统理论的工业用地集约度测度公式,并对武汉市工业用地的集约度进行了测算。研究结果表明,集约度的灰色测度方法可作为工业用地集约度测算的一种有效方法。
Intensified use of industrial land is a hotspot in land use researches of China and it is of important significance to probe into the issue. This paper firstly defines the connotations of land use intensity and, then introduces the measurement formula based on grey system theory for intensity to the assessment of industrial land use, with Wuhan City as a case study. The application results show that grey measure formula can be used as one of effective methods in the assessment of industrial land use.
