摘要
为实现旅游业用地的高效利用和管理,在明确旅游用地概念基础上,依据土地利用分类逻辑性原理,以用地功能、服务性质和利用方式为分类标准,建立了旅游业用地三级分类体系,并应用于大同市旅游用地分类中。结果表明:旅游业用地体系有效弥补了土地利用分类的不足,促进了旅游经济的发展。
For the realization of efficient tourism land use and management, this paper establishes a three-tier tourism land classification system, which is applied to the practice of Datong City, based on the concept of tourism land use, with land features, nature of service and the usage as classification criteria according to the principle of logic of land use classification. The result indicates that the tourism land classification system makes up for the lack of land use system and promotes the economic development of tourism.
