银杏叶表皮发育的扫描电镜观察 被引量:5

OBSERVATIONS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF GINKGO BILOBA LEAF EPIDERMIS BY SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY

摘要 银杏(GinkgobilobaL.)叶表皮发育成熟的方式是由叶基向叶缘逐渐推进的。叶脉处的表皮细胞分化生长明显较其它表皮细胞早,细胞形态也较特化。在表皮细胞分化成熟过程中,上表皮细胞形态变化不大,而下表皮细胞则特化较明显,成熟后外壁形成突起并形成纵向皱褶。气孔的发育过程是:保卫细胞形成后逐渐下陷,同时细胞壁加厚。其后副卫细胞外壁逐渐形成乳状或指状突起并弯向气孔上方,同时细胞壁逐渐加厚,成熟后形成皱褶。在叶片生长过程中未见到有表皮毛生成。 The leaf epidermis of Ginkgo biloba L.develops from the base to the margin of lamina gradually.The differentiation and the growth of the epidermal cells on the veins is obviously early than other epidermal cells,and the form of these also appear specialization.Through the process of differentiation of the epidermal cells,the mophological changes are not great in the upper epidermal cells,but appear obvious the lower epidermal cells.The outer walls of lower epidermal cells project and are vertically wrinkled.The development of stomata is as followed:the guard cells gradually cave in after they have produced,and their walls get thick at the same time.Then the outer walls of subsidiary cells project and form papillae or fingerlike papillae and get thick gradually,and then wrinkled.There is no hairs observed during the development of Ginkgo biloba lamina.
