摘要
以1996-2005年漳州市的土地利用变更调查数据和经济发展数据为依据,运用GIS空间分析及SPSS统计分析软件,对漳州市农村居民点用地时空演变及驱动因素进行分析。结果表明:1996-2005年漳州市农村居民点用的变化存在明显的区域差异性和阶段性。导致漳州市农村居民点用地变化的驱动因素主要是城市化水平、固定资产投资、第一产业产值、农民人均纯收入及政府政策。
Based on the statistical data of economic development and the detailed survey data of land use of Zhangzhou City from 1996 to 2005, and using the software of GIS analysis and SPSS statistical analysis, this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal characteristics and driving factors of the rural residential land in Zhangzhou City, with the result that from 1996 to 2005 the change of rural residential land in this city is characterized by regional and periodic differences The chief factors resulting in rural residential land use change in the city include the degree of urbanization, investment in fixed assets, the first industrial production, per capita rural income and government policies.
