3种雾化吸入方案在呼吸系统疾病治疗中的疗效比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较3种雾化吸入方案在治疗呼吸系统疾病中的临床疗效。方法治疗A组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液4 ml+氨溴索30 mg,每日两次;治疗B组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液4 ml+异丙托溴铵250 ug+万托林1 mg,每日两次;对照组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液4 ml+糜蛋白酶4000 U雾化吸入,每日两次。3组患者同时使用常规抗生素,均未给予其他祛痰、镇咳剂。结果治疗A组总有效率为82.9%,治疗B组总有效率为97.4%,对照组总有效率为68.6%。3组疗效两两比较差异有显著性。结论不同配方的雾化吸入治疗在治疗呼吸系统疾病中疗效各异,其中以异丙托溴铵+万托林疗效好。
