摘要
在酸性介质中,Cr(VI)能将I-氧化成I2,I2与I-生成I3-,I3-与孔雀绿生成电中性难溶于水而易溶于有机溶剂苯的缔合物,在NaCl存在下,通过振荡将此缔合物浮选于苯溶剂中,通过光度法测定苯介质中缔合物的吸光度,从而间接测得Cr(VI)含量。本法灵敏度高(ε640=1.55×106L.(mol.cm)-1),选择性极好,实测了人发中Cr(VI)含量,回收率达90%以上,结果令人满意。
In acid medium, I^- can be oxidized to I3^- and a complex of I3^- and malachite green was formed.The complex can be floated into benzene with NaCl and has a maximum absorption at 640nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.55 × 10^6 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1. The content of Cr(VI) can be determined indirectly by measuring the absorbance at 640nm. It has been applied to the determination of Cr(VI) in human's hair with satisfactory results and the recoveries were more than 90%.
